Also I neglected to remember the importance of knowing my soldiers general where abouts at all times whether at work in the field and even at home. The consequences of my actions could have resulted in more than a counseling. Most importantly my soldier could have been in serious danger and by the time I seeked help it could have been too late to keep the condition of theShow MoreRelatedAccountability and Responsibility in the Army1482 Words à |à 6 Pagesthe organization focuses on. à In this essay, I will be discussing the importance of accountability and the responsibilities as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).à Accountability is concerned primarily with records, while responsibility is concerned primarily with custody, care, and safekeeping.à à à à à Accountability is defined as, the obligation imposed by law or lawful order or regulation on an officer or other person for keeping accurate record of property, documents, or funds.
